Monthly Unemployment Allowance
Male graduates receive ₹4,000 per month, while female, transgender, and differently-abled graduates receive ₹4,500 per month — for up to 2 years while seeking employment.
Skill Development Training
Registered beneficiaries are offered free skill development training, digital literacy, and placement assistance through Rajasthan Skill & Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC).
Extra for Differently-Abled
Differently-abled applicants receive an additional ₹500 per month supplement, recognising higher barriers to employment. Total allowance: ₹4,500 + ₹500 = ₹5,000/month.
Duration of Support
Benefits are provided for a maximum of 2 years from the date of registration, or until the beneficiary secures employment — whichever is earlier. The portal tracks employment status.
- Age 21 to 35 years — applicant must be within this bracket at the time of registration.
- Graduate or higher qualification — minimum graduation (Bachelor's degree) from a recognised university is required.
- Rajasthan domicile — must hold a valid Rajasthan domicile certificate (at least 3 years of residency).
- Unemployed — must be actively seeking employment and not in any paid employment or self-employment at the time of application.
- Annual family income below ₹2 Lakh — income certificate from the Tehsildar is mandatory for income verification.
- Currently employed or running a business — applicants in any paid job or self-employment are not eligible.
- Already availing any other government allowance — dual benefits are not permitted under this scheme.
