Capital Investment Subsidy

Design & Branding Support
Reimbursement of product design, branding, packaging, and GI (Geographical Indication) registration costs — up to ₹5 Lakh per unit — to help artisans and small units build market identity.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Financial assistance for listing on domestic and international e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and photography/content creation. Annual cap of ₹2 Lakh per enterprise.
Trade Fair & Exhibition Support
Up to ₹3 Lakh per year for participation in state, national, and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer-seller meets to promote ODOP products in new markets.
- Each district in Rajasthan has a designated ODOP product — examples include Blue Pottery (Jaipur), Kota Doria (Kota), Sanganer Print (Jaipur), Lac Bangles (Jaipur), Leather (Jodhpur), and more.
- MSMEs and artisans manufacturing or directly involved in the supply chain of the designated ODOP product are eligible.
- Clusters and cooperatives of ODOP artisans can apply collectively for infrastructure and common facility support.
- Stacks with RIPS 2024, MSME Policy 2024, and Export Policy — multiple simultaneous benefits are allowed for eligible ODOP enterprises.
- GI-tagged products get priority — enterprises holding or applying for Geographical Indication status receive additional assistance.
- Only the district-specific ODOP product qualifies — a unit in Jaipur producing pottery other than Blue Pottery does not qualify for ODOP-specific benefits.
