Trade Fair Participation Subsidy
Reimbursement of stall rent, visa fees, and travel costs (economy class, 1 person) for participating in national and international trade fairs. Annual cap of ₹3 Lakh per unit.
Market Development Assistance
Financial assistance for market research, brand promotion, buyer-seller meets, and market development activities in new geographies — both domestic and international.
Freight & Logistics Subsidy
Reimbursement on freight charges for goods transported through approved State ICDs and Air Cargo Complexes. Maximum of ₹25 Lakh per unit per year for first-time exporters.
Documentation & Certification
Support for obtaining quality certifications, trade licenses, and international compliance documents. Cap of ₹5 Lakh per unit per year including NABL-accredited test reports.
- Manufacturer Exporters, Merchant Exporters, and Service Exporters operating from Rajasthan are eligible.
- REPC Membership required — applicant must be registered with the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council.
- Valid IEC & RCMC — Importer-Exporter Code and RCMC with the relevant Export Promotion Council must be held.
- First-time exporters from existing manufacturing units are explicitly covered for freight subsidy.
- Units already claiming freight subsidy under a previous RIPS notification are not eligible for the same benefit again.
